Cop Helps Deliver Blauvelt Baby

He cleared the newborn's airway so she could take a tiny sneeze.

An Orangetown officer helped deliver a baby after a 911 call Friday morning.

The officer sent to a Blauvelt home found a family -- husband, 2-year-old daughter, and pregnant woman who wasn't going to get to the hospital on time.

He helped to deliver a baby girl, and assisted in clearing her airway so she could give her first small sneeze.
