A 47-year-old Blauvelt resident faces charges of criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief after Orangetown police were called to a domestic dispute at 8:23 p.m. May 7 on Van Wyck Road. Jack Owens was arraigned and sent to the Rockland County Jail with a future court date in Orangetown, police said.
A 27-year-old man from Haverstraw faces charges of harassment and terroristic threats after an altercation at Nyack Hospital May 7. Police said they were called to the hospital at 4:06 p.m. by staffers because a person seeking medical attention had become disorderly and violent. Juan Reyes-Barrientos was arrested and sent to Rockland County Jail with a future court date in Nyack, police said.
