Drug Charges for 3 in Orangeburg
The driver was also hit with a suspended license charge before she was transferred to Middletown police on an active arrest warrant.

Orangetown police went to a parking lot in Orangeburg March 5 after getting a call about a suspicious vehicle.
There they found three Orange County residents and also, they allege, a quantity of drugs.
Police say they searched the car and the occupants and found numerous wax envelopes containing heroin and two with heroin residue; marijuana; two pills of alprozofam; and a clear plastic bag containing a hypodermic needle.

Arrested were William J. Foley, 22, of Goshen; Christopher A. Tucker, 29, of Goshen, and Raquel A. Velasquez, 30, of Middletown.
Police discovered that Velasquez was driving with a suspended license, so added that charge. They also found that Middletown had an arrest warrant out for Velasquez for grand larceny, so she was turned over to Middletown police.

All three are due to appear in Orangetown town court April 6.
