DWI Charge For Bergenfield Man In Rockland County
Police say they found him passed out behind the wheel of a car.

PEARL RIVER, NY — A Bergenfield, NJ man faces a drunken-driving charge in Orangetown. Police said at 3:22 a.m. Saturday they responded to a report about a suspicious car in a driveway.
When they got to Michael Roberts Drive, they said they found a man passed out behind the wheel of a 2012 Honda.
Taken to Orangetown Police Department headquarters, James Mendez, 28, refused a breathalyzer test. He is due back in town court Sept. 4.
