DWI Charge for Pearl River Man
His blood alcohol level was .08 percent, state police said.

State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for speeding at 9:40 p.m. May 21.
Police said they found the driver, David C. Johnson, 55, to be intoxicated. The Pearl River resident was transported and processed at SP Tarrytown, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.08 percent. Johnson was charged with:
- Driving While Intoxicated, Unclassified Misdemeanor
Johnson was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Suffern Court on June 16.
