DWI Charge for Sparkill Man
He was involved in a crash on Western Highway, police said.
Accer Cristostomo of Sparkill is due in Orangetown Justice Court Jan. 6 to answer a charge of driving while intoxicated.
He was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Western Highway in Tappan on Dec. 22.
Orangetown police said the 26-year-old failed numerous sobriety tests including a breathalyzer test at headquarters.
