DWI Charges In Orangetown, Haverstraw

ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY — State police from Troop F, based in Middletown, reported removing nine impaired motorists from roads Wednesday-Thursday.

• On July 31, State Police Haverstraw arrested Jephta Nguherimo, 54, of Kensington, MD for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Haverstraw when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
• On Aug. 1, State Police Haverstraw arrested Yaminah Ford, 35, of Englewood, NJ for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Orangetown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
