DWI in Orangetown for Orange County Man
He failed field sobriety tests and refused to take a breathalyzer test, police said.

BLAUVELT, NY — A Campbell Hall resident faces a charge of driving while intoxicated stemming from a police call Dec. 7.
Orangetown police said they were responding to a call about a suspicious person at the intersection of Coolidge Street and Blauvelt Road when they found Sean J. Sullivan, 47, standing by his disabled car.
Officers detected signs of inebriation and Sullivan failed field sobriety tests, police said. He was taken to Orangetown police headquarters where he refused a breathalyzer test.

He was arrested at 7:2o p.m. and is due in Orangetown town court Jan. 11.
