State Police in Troop F remove twenty-six impaired drivers from the roadway over the weekend of July 27-29.

ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY — State Police in Troop F remove twenty-six impaired drivers from the roadway over the weekend of July 27-29. Among them were two arrests in Rockland County and the arrest of a county resident up in Rockland, NY (Sullivan County).
- On July 27, State Police Haverstraw arrested Lewis Baldera, 28, of Teaneck, NJ for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
- On July 28, State Police Haverstraw arrested Eduardo Gonzalez, 26, of Haverstraw, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 59 in the town of Rockland when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
- On July 29, State Police Haverstraw arrested Derek Taylor, 57, of Campbell Hall, NY for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Orangetown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
