Beginning on June 5th we have first of three summer workshops in which we will harvest seasonal edible plants and use them to make teas, foods and herbal remedies.
The workshop begins at 10am, when we will visit a local farm or location where we can spend time identifying some of the seasonal wild edible plants and harvest a variety of ingredients for preparing wild foods dishes.
We'll either cook food at the location or travel to a nearby spot where we can prepare food and teas, and discuss ways of using wild plants as herbal remedies.
The cost is $45 ahead plus tax, which will cover all expenses.
