The Pearl River Board of Education will also address reserves for tax settlements and hear readings of board policies at its regular meeting Tuesday.
Fourth graders with the Franklin Avenue Elementary School Garden Club will make a presentation to the Pearl River Board of Education at its regular meeting 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Pirate Cove.
The board will also see a presentation from Chestnut Ridge Transportation.

The agenda includes a Clark Patterson Lee classroom proposal for the redesign of the part of the high school that currently houses part of the Pearl River School District administration. That space will be reconfigured into classrooms once the administration moves to its new offices at the former Africa Inland Mission property later this year.
The board will also consider putting aside additional reserves for possible tax settlements. The district is facing a tax challenge from Blue Hill Plaza, among others.

The meeting will also include the second reading of more than 20 board policy revisions. The district is required to present policy changes to the public twice at regular meetings before approving them, though in this case they are included in writing in a packet available at the meeting rather than reading each of them individually.
