Meet Oscar. He is a demure, handsome, butterscotch-colored tabby approximately 7 years old. Oscar came to our shelter in January as an owner-surrender and has been with us longer than any other cat. He is also declawed, which makes him vulnerable to other cats. Because of this, he remains very cautious. Oscar would do best in a home with calm, older cats, or as the only pet. In the right environment, we know he will relax and develop into the amazing cat we know he is.
