<p>&nbsp;After a life in a city where he has been indifferent to the world around him, a wealthy physician in an unnamed Latin American Country who is nearing retirement and thinking about his legacy, decides to visit medical students who he has trained and sent to dangerous rural areas to serve indigenous communities. Never having given serious thought to the reality of the world around him, he is surprised to find himself slowly being immersed in a world of violent conflict, where powerless villagers and educated doctors alike are threatened and killed by “men with guns.” <em>Men With Guns</em> was filmed in Mexico with a cast that included many who had never seen a film.</p>

<p>Get ready for the Ultimate Shopping and Dining Day at the Nyack Famous Street Fair held on Sunday, July 12, from 10 to 5 on Broadway, Main, and Cedar Streets in downtown Nyack.  It is a perfect summer event with over three hundred exhibitors from five states, with an excellent selection of arts and crafts, new retail items, unique gifts, home décor and festival foods.  </p>
<p>Shoppers can view a wide selection of handmade items including pottery, art, hand crafted jewelry, clothing, soaps, candles, photography, fiber to woodworkers, mixed media and more will be on display.  Also, great retail booths featuring apparel, jewelry, children’s, garden items, toys, signs, home décor offer a great variety of unique shopping experiences.</p>
<p>Festival food favorites will be on hand with all kinds of delicious food and drinks including Cousins Lobster truck, empanadas, Italian, Greek, Jamaican, Latin, Thai, Mexican, Zeppole’s, American, NY Soda Jerks and more.  Nyack's popular outdoor cafes will be offering specials. Be sure to visit the many interesting boutique shops lining downtown. Music will be played in the gazebo.</p>
