PEARL RIVER, NY — Orangetown police watched a car in a parking lot off Monticello Road at 11:17 p.m. Saturday night. Police said they observed someone walk up to the car and someone in the car hand out a quantity of marijuana. Police arrested the 19-year-old of Montvale, New Jersey. He faces a charge of fifth degree criminal sale of marijuana. He is due back in Orangetown Justice Court May 21.
