New Construction, Real Estate and Development Business Group to Meet Thursday
The council has been formed by the Rockland Business Association.
PEARL RIVER, NY — A new subgroup of the Rockland Business Association, the Construction, Real Estate and Development Council, will meet for the first time Thursday in Blauvelt.
CRED will support and empower RBA members who are in real estate, development and construction through networking, resource sharing, education and advocacy. This council will be co-chaired by Michael Shilale, Architect; Irving Zuckerman, Verticon Construction and Judith Bachman, Esq.
CRED participants will be those in real estate, development, construction and allied fields including current and prospective commercial property owners; architects/engineers; project managers/general contractors; sub-contractors (HVAC, electricians, etc.); commercial real estate brokers; lenders; title companies; insurance providers; municipalities/regulatory agencies.

RBA members and prospective members are invited to attend this first meeting, which will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Sept. 22 atCasa Mia Manor House, 577 Route 303, Blauvelt, NY.
