Orangetown Police Accuse Pennsylvania Man of Erratic, Drunk Driving
He was stopped in Pearl River March 20.

An Orangetown police officer arrested Pennsylvania resident Joseph McFadden, 32,on North Middletown Road in Pearl River at 2:10 a.m. March 20.
Police said McFadden was driving a 2010 Ford erratically and he failed field sobriety tests.
He was taken to OPD headquarters where he submitted to a chemical breath test, which registered 2 times the legal limit of .08 percent.

McFadden was charged with DWI (misdemeanor) and traffic violations and is due in Orangetown Court on April 14.
