Orangetown Police: Man in Mini-Van Followed, Tried to Talk to Schoolgirl

Orangetown police report a suspicious incident on Parkway Drive South in Orangeburg on May 6.

Police recieved a report from the family of an elementary school student who said a black van had followed her school bus, and then followed her when she got off the bus to walk home.

According to the child, the man in the black van tried to talk to her, then drove past, turned around, parked, and then drove past her house. She said he had a bald spot on the top of his head.
