Orangetown Police Report Drug Arrests March 19
Orangetown police found two Spring Valley men and a Maspeth resident in a parked car in Nyack.
Orangetown officers found three men in a car in the parking lot of 197 Sickles Ave. in Nyack at 3 p.m. March 19
The officers detected a strong smell of burning marijuana and smoke emanating from the vehicle, police said.
Henry Louis Paredes, 22, from Maspeth, NY; and John Nguyen, 22 from Spring Valley; was each charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor.

A third passenger in the vehicle, Spring Valley resident Johnathan Laguerre, 24, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after police said they found Adderall for which he did not have a prescription.
All three are due in Nyack village court April 2.Â
