If you’re a fan of the Market, help us to come back next year by supporting our Thanksgiving Pie Fundraiser! Order forms will be available at the Market tomorrow and next Friday for a wide variety of freshly baked pies from one of our farms, The Orchards of Concklin. We will pick up the pies at The Orchard the day before Thanksgiving and have them available for distribution at The River that evening.

This is the last week we will be collecting new or used Halloween costumes for People to People’s costume drive. Drop one into our collection box and get a free PRFM bag and magnet.

We only have two Market days left and we are making the most of them! This Friday we will feature Crafters’ Day: local craftspeople will sell their handmade items on the lawn beside the Market. As the peak growing season draws to a close, our vendors continue to offer a wonderful array of fall goods, and it’s not too early to think about stocking up on some unique holiday gifts. Guest vendors this week will be Barefoot Brothers Books, Grass Fed Beef and Pastured Pork, Mama Nell’s Essential Blends, and Yogi’s Choice. Our Chamber table will feature Better Homes and Gardens Realty.

Our big finale next week will be Halloween at the Pearl River Farmers’ Market: a spooky scavenger hunt, trick or treating, giveaways for the grownups, and a performance by Danna Banana at 12:30 pm, who will be debuting his new Halloween album!
