Orangetown Police arrested Marlon G. Gutierrez of Pearl River on Oct. 17 after a woman called 911 for help.
She alleged to officers that Gutierrez approached her and began to kiss her and fondle her breasts over her shirt without her consent. The incident took place near East Central Avenue and William Street in Pearl River.
Gutierrez was charged with Forcible Touching and Unlawful Imprisonment (misdemeanors) and Harassment 2nd degree (violation). He was processed at OPD headquarters and released on bail pending an appearance in Orangetown Court on November 24, 2015.
