State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for a traffic violation at 10:20 p.m. May 9.
The driver, Scott M. Watson, 40, was found to be intoxicated. The Pearl River resident was transported and processed at SP Albany, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.16 percent.

Watson was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Albany Court on May 26.
