Pearl River Man Faces Drug Charges
Orangetown police were conducting an investigation into narcotics distribution.

Patrick Loftus, 34, faces charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance. All are felonies.
Police executed a search warrant at Loftus’s home on Spreen Drive Dec. 30 as a result of an investigation into narcotics distribution in Pearl River.
He was arraigned in Orangetown town court by Judge Patrick J. Loftus (no relation) and sent to Rockland County Jail on $25,000 bail. He is due back in court Jan. 5.
