Pearl River Moves Girls Soccer, Field Hockey Playoff Games

A Pearl River home soccer playoff game will be moved to the Orangetown Mighty Midgets Soccer Complex in Orangeburg for the second consecutive day Saturday.

The fourth-seeded Pirates' girls soccer Class A home playoff game against No. 13 Tappan Zee has been moved to 10:15 a.m. Saturday at the OMM Complex.

The Pearl River field hockey home playoff game against Walter Panas will be played on the upper field at 10 a.m. The game had initially been scheduled for 11 a.m.

Both contests could be in danger of being canceled with snow in the forecast for Saturday.

The Pearl River boys soccer game Friday against Panas was also moved to the OMM Complex. The Pirates won that game, 4-0.
