The Phillips Tee-Off For Tots Foundation Golf Tournament and BBQ

For almost 30 years, The Phillips Tee Off for Tots Foundation has been providing countless children and their families a better way of life by raising money at the annual Phillips Tee Off for Tots golf tournament and family barbecue.

This year, the Phillips Tee off For Tots Foundation will be benefitting four-year old Joshua Bruy and his mother, Mandy Bruy. Mandy was just 10 years old when she came to the North Rockland Community. In 2011, Mandy was granted the best wish she could ask for- motherhood. Joshua Bruy was born in December 2011. He was diagnosed with Down Syndrome within his first few years. Only 3 years after the birth of Josh, Mandy was diagnosed with rectal cancer. She underwent 7 weeks of radiation and 2 round of chemotherapy. After treatment, her tests came back cancer-free. In July 2015, four year-old Josh underwent ASD repair heart surgery to repair 3 large holes in his heart.

One month later after Josh’s heart surgery, Mandy had learned her devastating cancer had returned. Due to the aggressive nature of the cancer, the tumor had started spreading so rapidly she was scheduled to have mandatory Perineal Resection surgery. All proceeds will be donated to Mandy and Josh.

On August 7th, we challenge golfers and non-golfers to register for our tournament and family BBQ to support and raise fund for the Bruy family’s medical expenses. The event will take place at the 18 hole, beautiful, lush greens of Patriot Hills Golf Club and Clubhouse in Stony Point, New York

Afterwards, participants can cool off with friends and family at our fully stocked barbecue! At the Clubhouse of Patriot Hills, indulge in an all you can eat feast that includes food, beer, wine, soda, and prizes. Live entertainment will be provided by DJ/Singer performer(s).
