The South Orangetown Community Awareness of Substance Abuse (SOCASA) is holding an information session for parents on the growing heroin and prescription drug epidemic.
Among the co-sponsors of the event are the Orangetown Police Department, the South Orangetown Ambulance Corps and the Rockland DA.
