PRSD Parent University on Child Eating Habits and Nutrition
Tired of noses turned up at anything but nuggets and fries? Save this date for the next Parent University workshop.
Rebecca Meyerson, Certified Nutrition Counselor and founder of Simply Healthy Living, will be presenting “Sweet Talk Your Children.”
Originally slated for February 12, the session has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. April 14 at the Pearl River School District offices.
Tired of waffles and sugar-filled cereals for breakfast? Do you have a child that won’t touch anything green? Come and learn the nuts and bolts of raising happy, healthy eaters and improving their meals with nutritious and delicious foods. We will discuss recipe modification and realistic meal planning.

The program will take place in the Pearl River School District offices, located at 135 West Crooked Hill Road, in the board room off of the main lobby area.
All Parent University programs are free and open to all parents everywhere. Pre-registration is not necessary. The Pearl River PTAs are co-sponsoring this workshop. For additional information, contact the Pearl River School District Continuing Adult Education Office at 620-3921.
