The 23rd annual event for the community's senior citizens will take place April 25.
Pearl River School District will hold its 23rd Annual Déjà Vu Prom for senior citizens living in the Pearl River School District on April 25.
The event is open and free and features dancing, food, and entertainment in the high school gymnasium. The tradition is held annually at noon on the Saturday following the Pearl River High School’s Junior Prom.
PRSD staff and faculty sponsor the event through personal financial contributions. They also serve as wait staff, hostesses, and dance partners. The Junior Class provides the decorations. PTAs and other school organizations also donate funds to defray other costs.
