Congers Valley Cottage Rotary hosts a Night at the Races to support our veterans with great food and drink at Sonny's on the Lake on June 6
The Rotary Club of Congers-Valley Cottage cordially invites you to attend a Night at the Races in honor of our local Veterans on June 6th.
Giving back something to those that risk their lives for our freedom is something each of us can and should do. On June 6, 2015 the Congers-Valley Cottage Rotary Club is giving you a chance to do just that - in a fun filled spectacular setting, Sonny’s Restaurant on the Lake in Congers. Join us at 7:00 pm as we salute our veterans and raise needed funds to sponsor a bus trip to the Washington DC Veterans’ Memorials for these worthy men and women.
The Mission
The Congers Valley Cottage Rotary Club members pride themselves on their commitment to the community. Throughout the year, the club works with local organizations on many projects to support those in need. Proceeds from our events, like this worthy one, are fundamental to our outreach and your sponsorship funds are critical to our mission to support needful causes.

Our Night at the Races for local Veterans offers you several donation participation choices (each sponsor level assures a local veteran a seat on the bus for this moving experience) :
- $1,000 - Winner’s Circle - 5 Veterans + 5 Event tickets
- $500 - Trifecta - 3 Veterans + 2 Event Tickets
- $250 - Exacta - 2 Veterans + 1 event ticket
- $125 - Jockey - 1 Veteran
- Pony Up Donation $_____
- Each ticket includes admission to event, buffet dinner, raffle entry, and entertainment
