State OKs Sale of 10 Condos on West Crooked Hill Road

Pearl River school administrators have gotten the go-ahead from the state Education Department to sell the 10 condominium units at 119 West Crooked Hill Road.

The district bought a 4.6-acre property on West Crooked Hill Road in 2010. The only part of the property officials planned to retain was the office building—converting it to a new district office facility, which opened at the beginning of 2012.

Voters OK’d the sale of the condos last May in the 2014 school budget vote.

The condominium complex has been named ‘The Pines at Pearl River’, officials said.
