Here's the schedule from the Orangetown Highway Department.

There’s a lot to recycle during the holidays, so make sure you follow the revised schedule from the Town of Orangetown.

The regularly scheduled pickup that would have been Thursday, Dec. 25, is moved to Saturday, Dec. 27.

Ditto for New Year’s Day—the regularly scheduled pickup for Thursday, Jan. 1 is moved to Saturday, Jan. 3.

Make sure you put your recycling container at the curb the evening before.

  • Keep paper products and containers in a separate bin
  • Containers should be washed clean and free of caps and lids
