Two Beers In Two Days Stolen From The 7-Eleven: Orangetown Police
A Pearl River man was arrested twice in two days for taking a beer from the 7-Eleven at 173 North Middletown Road.

PEARL RIVER, NY — A Pearl River man was arrested twice in two days for taking a beer from the 7-Eleven at 173 North Middletown Road. Victor J. Scala, 57, is accused of walking into the convenience store on Oct. 22 and 23 and stealing one beer from the cooler each time.
The first time, a store employee told police who charged Scala with criminal possession of stolen property.
The second time, police charged him with petty larceny as well as criminal possession of stolen property.
