Valley Cottage Man Faces Drug-Related Charges In Rockland
He was pulled over for a traffic stop in Pearl River.

PEARL RIVER, NY — Orangetown Police arrested a Valley Cottage man on drug-related charges in Pearl River. Police said Nikola Marinkovich, 23, of Valley Cottage, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, both misdemeanors.
He was driving a 2010 Honda when an officer stopped him for a traffic violation.
Police said he was in possession of a hypodermic syringe and a small quantity of heroin.

Marinkovich is due to appear April 25 in Orangetown Justice Charge to answer the charges.
