WESTCHESTER, NY — A Cortlandt resident will be receiving a lot of lottery cash for life; two friends are splitting another top prize from another New York Lottery game; and an Elmsford resident will be picking up a hefty second prize Thursday when Yolanda Vega and Kylie McDonald will be at Empire City Casino to present them with four checks totaling $13 million. The Cortlandt Manor woman won the guaranteed $7 million top prize from the March 19 CASH4LIFE drawing. The pair of friends from Yonkers will split the $5 million top prize on a Set for Life scratch-off ticket. The Elmsford woman won a $1 million Mega Millions second prize.

Month-to-month flexible car lease company opens New York hub in Larchmont to serve surrounding communities
<a href="https://www.flexcar.com/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Flexcar</a>, the first and only month-to-month car lease company, today announced its expansion into New York State with the opening of its New York hub in Larchmont. The launch grows Flexcar&rsquo;s East Coast footprint and makes its flexible car leases accessible to drivers across the greater New York area.
