1st Annual Superintendent's 5K & Fun Run to Kick Off Homecoming Weekend at PCSD

Walkers and runners of all ages are invited to participate in PCSD's 1st Annual Superintendent's 5K & Fun Run on Oct. 10 in Peekskill.

On October 10, 2015, the Peekskill Education Foundation and the Peekskill City School District will be hosting our first ever Superintendent’s 5K and Fun Run to kick-off Homecoming weekend. The event will begin at 8:00 a.m. in Depew Park and will proceed through the City of Peekskill, ending at Torpy Field. Following the race, a day of athletic games and Homecoming celebrations will ensue. It is going to be a great day in Peekskill!

We are inviting EVERYONE to join us for this event! This will be a Chronotrack timed race, so experienced runners can look forward to breaking their best time record. New runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to join in the fun as well.

Our youngest participants will start the event off with a brief Fun Run around the track. The 5k will start immediately following the Fun Run.
