93-year-old Reported Robbed at Cortlandt Town Center
State police seek the public's help to find the worst person in northern Westchester.

CORTLANDT, NY — State police are investigating the reported robbery of a 93-year-old woman at the Cortlandt Town Center Thursday.
They are seeking the public's assistance to help locate the robbery suspect.
Called to the mall at 2:34 p.m. for a reported robbery, police interviewed the 93-year-old victim who reported that she had parked in front of Old Navy in the handicapped parking area.

She said she placed her purse on the passenger seat and a thin white male with a goatee, in his late 20s to early 30s, wearing a white t-shirt and black hat, approached the driver's side of her vehicle.
He demanded that she turn over her wallet and she refused to comply. He then reached across the victim, removed an undisclosed amount of cash from her wallet, and fled in a northerly direction, she told police.

State Police K9 Lane conducted a track to locate the suspect but was unsuccessful.
