Annual MLK Service Returns to Peekskill

From Mount Olive Baptist Church: As a new day dawns in America, the powerful legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will be remembered on Monday, January 16 when the Peekskill Area Pastor’s Association (PAPA) holds its annual MLK Service. The theme for 2017 is “God’s Truth Is Marching On” and Rev. Dr. Byron Williams, Senior Pastor of Baptist Temple and past president of the Newburgh NAACP, will be guest speaker.

The service takes place at Mount Olivet Baptist Church, 11 Rev. G. Franklin Wiggins Plaza in Peekskill, and begins at 3:00 pm.

All are invited to come out and demonstrate that there is still unity in the community!
