New York’s first Shared Parenting Conference in Peekskill on April 19, 2026, is a high-impact, solutions-focused gathering designed to transform how New York supports children and parents after separation or divorce. Inspired by Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer, this workshop led by Ann Elizabeth Byrne from Hudson Valley Meditation &amp; Reiki explores themes of gratitude, balance, and the idea of reciprocity--how what we give and receive shapes our inner and outer lives.
You will be introduced to these concepts in a practical, relatable way, followed by a guided meditation focused on awareness and appreciation. &nbsp;Reiki energy is offered during the meditation to support grounding and emotional balance, followed by singing bowls to help integrate the experience. &nbsp;Ann will finish with a short reflective moment to help you consider how these ideas can be carried into everyday life. &nbsp;
