Designed for adults of all ages--and perfect for seniors--who want to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve functional movement (such as getting up off the floor, carrying groceries, driving, bathing, housework, etc.).
Explore the freedom of meditative movement while supported by a chair and props, in a fun and inclusive atmosphere. This class taught by Mareesa Nicosia, Founder of Inner Sage Yoga, meets you exactly as you are so you can get to where you want to go.
Bring a yoga mat, straps, and blocks if you have them or borrow from the instructor.
