Registration for the spring 2015 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is now open.

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW) is presented by The Valley Table, a quarterly magazine that celebrates the agricultural heritage and cuisine of the region, leading the development of the Hudson Valley’s local food movement.

HVRW announces the highly anticipated opening of the spring 2015 registration, calling all restaurateurs in the Hudson Valley to participate in the area’s ultimate culinary experience. Spring Restaurant Week celebrates the distinct and diverse region’s cuisine, emphasizing Hudson Valley’s strong focus on sourcing local, sustainable, seasonal products.

Spring HVRW runs for two weeks, from March 9-22.

HVRW features prix fixe, three-course dinners for $29.95 and lunches for $20.95 and takes place for two weeks, ultimately bringing together local farmers, chefs, purveyors and businesses. In the most recent fall 2014 restaurant week, there were approximately 200 participating restaurants and HVRW urges all to showcase the rich agriculture and products produced by in the Hudson Valley. HVRW restaurant participants report an average of 37% increase in business during the two week program. Collectively in 2014, HVRW restaurant participants generated an estimated economic impact of $10.2 million in sales revenue.
