Car Larcenies: Peekskill Police Seek Owners of Stolen Items

Peekskill police detained three teenagers at 2:18 a.m. after receiving a call from a resident at the north end of the city about seeing some kids messing around near his car.

Now officers are trying to identify the items they were carrying.

Calls are still coming in about a number of car larcenies between the 13th and 15th, said Lt. John White, and officers are out taking reports.

Residents are urged to check their cars and contact the police at 737-8000.
