How did you come up with the name?
Businesses need labels delivered on time so they can get their mail and shipments out. It is a critical that they get the labels on time so they can ship out their products to their customers. Hence the name LabelsOntime.com
Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?
Peekskill is excellent for a small start up business. It has all the infrastructure you need from transport, easy access from highways, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and an educated pool of workers close by to the center to rely on. And the the real estate is very affordable. Peekskill has all the advantages necessary for a business to succeed.

Online sales of office and industrial supply
What's the most difficult moment or challenge you've faced as a business owner?
Making a decision when it is best to hire extra people and get larger space to operate so one can expand.
Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?
Never! Having complete control over one's own destiny is a challenge and we love the rewards.
What's been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?
Launching the website Labelsontime.com. We designed a site as simple and as easy to use as possible.
What's the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?
There have been a few. Main one is using Voice Over Internet (VOIP) for all our telephone communication.
How do you deal with difficult customers?
We stay as polite as possible and will do anything to make sure they end up satisfied. We cannot afford bad reviews published online.
How does your business give back or get involved in the community?
We wish we could do. We try and give as much patronage to local business and hire local people.
