CORTLANDT, NY — Con Ed said most customers still out of power in Cortlandt and Peekskill would have their electricity restored by 11 p.m. Tuesday. CORTLANDT, NY — Con Ed said most customers still out of power in Cortlandt and Peekskill would have their electricity restored by 11 p.m. Tuesday. More than 40,000 homes and businesses in the Hudson Valley lost power in Monday's wind storm.

Month-to-month flexible car lease company opens New York hub in Larchmont to serve surrounding communities

The launch grows Flexcar&rsquo;s East Coast footprint and makes its flexible car leases accessible to drivers across the greater New York area.
