Con Ed Still Working On Cortlandt, Peekskill Outages

Monday's wind storm brought down trees, limbs and power lines.

CORTLANDT, NY — Con Ed said most customers still out of power in Cortlandt and Peekskill would have their electricity restored by 11 p.m. Tuesday. More than 40,000 homes and businesses in the Hudson Valley lost power in Monday's wind storm.

In Cortlandt, 650 remained without power as of 9:30 a.m. In Peekskill, only two customers were without power.
