Cops Called to Lake Peekskill Landlord-Tenant Dispute

New York State Police arrested Daniel T. Dziedzic, 54, of Lake Peekskill, for Menacing 3rd Degree, a Class B Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched July 22 to a landlord-tenant dispute in Lake Peekskill. An investigation revealed that Dziedzic made threats to harm the victim, placing him in fear.

Following his arraignment, the defendant was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear before the Putnam Valley Court on July 28, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
