
PUTNAM VALLEY, NY — A Lake Peekskill man who police say tried undress himself while screaming for help faces an array of charges.
On Tuesday, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks chargedAnthony J. Massaro, 33, with Resisting Arrest, a class A misdemeanor, Public Lewdness, a class B misdemeanor, Disorderly Conduct, and Exposure of a Person, both violations.
At about 9:17 p.m., troopers were dispatched to Tanglewylde Road in Putnam Valley for a report of an unknown disturbance. Once on scene they said they found a highly intoxicated man face down on the ground, and screaming for help. When they attempted to assist the man, he began to undress himself and become combative.

While partially undressed he tried to run into the road, but was taken into custody. Massaro was issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Putnam Valley Court on July 7 and released to a responsible third party.
