State Police arrested Nicholas Doslop, 34, of Cortlandt for fourth degree Grand Larceny, alleging after an investigation that he stole a family member’s debit card and fraudulently used it to withdraw almost $3,000 dollars from an account through an ATM.
He is due in Cortlandt town court on March 20.
