Cortlandt Man Faces Felony DWUI Charge

He was arrested after he hit a utility pole.

CORTLANDT, NY — A Cortlandt man faces a felony after the car which he was driving hit a utility pole. State Police said Michael L. Wyskida, 30, of Cortlandt, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs with a prior conviction within 10 years, a felony.

Around 6:40 p.m. April 1, a trooper saw the collision and his investigation found Wyskida was driving the vehicle while drug impaired.

Police said he had a prior conviction within the past 10 years.

Wyskida was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Cortlandt ourt April 16.
