Cortlandt Manor Man Faces Felony DWI Charge

New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Sal A. Imbimbo, 50, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Felony, due to a previous DWI related conviction, on May 14.

Troopers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle Imbimbo was operating following an erratic vehicle complaint. While police interviewed the Cortlandt Manor resident, they observed clues that indicated he was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Imbimbo was charged with Felony DWI when investigation revealed that he had been convicted of DWI in 2010.

Imbimbo is scheduled to appear in Cortlandt town court on May 25.
