Cortlandt Woman Among 2 Arrested During State Police Halloween Night Enforcement Detail

New York State Police say insuring highway safety continues to be a Mission Priority.

That’s why on Halloween night, the they participated in a multiagency DWI enforcement detail with the assistance of the Westchester County Police Department and the Town of Greenburgh Police Department.

During that effort, police made two DWI arrests: Tiffany Lopez, 24, of Cortlandt Manor, and Malak Wissa, age 41, of Yonkers. Both subjects were processed and released on tickets, scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

In addition to the DWI arrests, troopers issued 14 violations, which included speeding and cellphone violations.
