He was stopped by state troopers Nov. 22.

New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks have charged Daryl McKee, 37, with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, due to a prior DWI conviction.

Trooper conducted a traffic stop at 12:55 a.m. Nov. 22 on the vehicle McKee was operating for failing to maintain its lane of travel. While interviewing the Croton-on-Hudson resident, troopers said they observed clues that indicated he was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
