Police say a breathalyzer test registered .21 percent blood alcohol content.

New York State police were dispatched from the Brewster barracks Feb. 22 to assist the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department with a verbal dispute at the Shell Gas Station on Danbury Road.
The troopers determined that Ashlee L. Cerutti, 28, had driven to the location while intoxicated.
The Lake Peekskill woman supplied police with a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content

She was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; and is due in Southeast town court March 24.
